The Control Room is your opportunity to fine tune your mindset, crystallize your vision, and collaborate with a hand-selected group of elite performers on the most effective way to make that vision your reality.

What is the schedule for the event?

We’ll be getting started at 9 AM each day, and will be pushing into the evening each night. Registration opens at 8 AM on the 7th, try to get there by 8:45 AM so we can get started right on time. Lunch will be catered on site. We've also booked an optional group dinner Friday night at Fogo de Chao.

WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE EVENT?

The event will be run as a traditional mastermind, with all participants getting hotseat time. This is where the group puts all its focus on working through your roadblocks and coming up with a game plan for you to work on between meetups. I’ll be starting the day with some opening words and exercises, but there won’t be any speakers outside of that.

WHAT MINDSET SHOULD I BRING TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS?

The goal of this event is to pool our collective brainpower and unique perspectives to help each member crystallize their vision, and come up with a plan to make it a reality. When it’s your turn for a hotseat, please share openly, and listen to suggestions with an open mind. When others are up, please give them your full focus and attention. There’s a strong chance that you can cover the blind spot of at least one of the other members, and it would be a shame if that breakthrough were missed by not being fully present.
